Marjorie Irene Oman, of Hartly,DE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, in Pinnacle Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Smyrna, She was 77.
She was born May 24, 1939, in Arcadia, Texas, to the late, Clarence Bain and Marjorie White. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and working on geneology.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, Harlen P. Oman, Sr.; 4 sons, Harlen P. Oman, Jr. & wife, Donna; Charles Oman & wife, Janet; and James Oman & his significant other, Barbara Ryan, all of Hartly; and Kevin Oman & wife, Terri, of Lynn Haven, Fl.
Her siblings, Andrew Rush, of Ontario, California; Clarence Dale Bain, of Marion, Texas and Delores Dues, of Dickerson, Texas. 10 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Pinnacle Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Smyrna for the loving and compassionate care given to Marjorie & her family.
A Memorial Service will be held 11am, Monday, February 20, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may gather from 10-11 am. Burial will be private, in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Vitas Healthcare, 1016 North Walnut St., Milford, DE 19963.
