Pippin Funeral Home | Since 1975
Owners
Larry and Mary Pippin have a long established family history within central Delaware. Their respective families have been part of Delaware history for many generations.
Following his graduation from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in March 1975, Larry and his wife Mary, established the Pippin Funeral Home at 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Avenue in Wyoming, Delaware. With the increase in the number of families served, and expansions to their original property, the Emerson Home bears little resemblance now, as it did in 1975.
Upon entering the funeral home, you will recognize
their love for traditional furnishings and antiques. The collecting of
antiques has been a lifetime passion for the Pippin’s. In 2004 we
expanded to incorporate our own crematorium, giving families the comfort of
full on site services.
Mary J. Pippin is a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School and Goldey Beacom College. Mary, now vice president, has been helping her husband Larry, since they started the business on November 23, 1975.
The Pippins attend Three Stones Church in
Dover. Larry and Mary take enormous pride in their facilities and welcome
the opportunity to be your source of friendly, professional help and
information.
