Howard Randall Shepard, “Randy” of Houston, DE, passed away peacefully December 11, 2017. Randy was born on May 9, 1962 in Aberdeen, MD, the son of Howard and Lillian Shepard.
Mr. Shepard worked as a horse groomer. He loved animals, especially horses, the New York Jets, racecars and trucks.
He is survived by his son, Cody; long time partner, best who he affectionately referred to as his wife, Kimberly Kirk, brothers Mike, Johnny & Travis; sister Joy Teague, extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Billy Shepard.
