Everett Dill passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 86. Everett was born on August 25, 1928 in Greensboro, Maryland, son of the late Lemuel and Jessie (Stubbs) Dill.
He worked for Paradee Oil for over 40 years as a truck driver. Everett enjoyed gardening, fixing washers, dryers and small engines.
He is preceded in death by his son Louis E. Dill, Jr., and three sisters Catherine Thomison, Edith Hemphill and Peggy Lorensen. Everett is survived by his wife of 64 years Sallie Clendaniel Dill of Wyoming, and a daughter Phyllis Jurczak of Dover, grandchildren Walter Jurczak III (Suman) of Monroeville, PA, Jeff Jurczak (Jennifer) of Dover and great grandchildren Kyle; Jeffrey, Maya, and Layla.
Service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, July 24 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming where visitation will be one hour earlier. Burial will follow in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901.
