My mother, Ella Mae Hake, was a close neighbor and a true devoted friend to Midge at the community of Southern Meadow. Their friendship continued from the time that they met. Mom will miss their phone conversations. She sends her heartfelt condolences to Midge's family. May the memories of Midge give them peace and comfort during this time of sorrow.

Dear Debbie, Alan, and family,
We’re sorry that we could not make it for the funeral service. Marion (Midge) was a wonderful person. In recent years we kept in touch via telephone reminiscing about “old times”. She combined simplicity with wit, grace and charm. May the memories of the wonderful times that you shared with her bring you comfort.
With our deepest sympathies,
Lynne and Artie Murphy

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. She was a wonderful Aunt to us here in Jacksonville, Fl. I loved talking to her on the telephone and will miss that time. But she will live forever in my heart. Prayers for the family.
