Mr Moyer shared his love of animals and his fondness for country music with his friends. He was always rescuing dogs he found along the roads and each one clearly loved him. Each one would follow him every where he went.
He also had the gift of laughter; he had a dark, rather mischievous sense of humor! People were drawn to him with his wit.
