Victor Cutler

Victor Cutler was born on January 22, 1956.  He departed this life April 14, 2016 after a long illness.  Victor is survived by his mother Ardella and father Frederick.  Victor was nurtured by Ardella and Bernard Bush.

Victor moved to Delaware in 1997 where he successfully completed the House of Pride program.  After graduating the program, he became a counselor at House of Pride and was a great encouragement to others in recovery.  Victor later became a property manager and afterwards developed his own landscaping business.

Victor is survived by his wife Sandra and children: Harold, Kim, Kayla and Cameron.  Victor has two brothers Aaron and Robert, two sisters Marsha and Joan, aunts, uncles and a host of relatives and friends in Baltimore and Delaware.  Thanks is extended to a very special couple Morris and Grace Muchison.

Memorial Service 1 pm, Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Second Baptist Church, 407 W. Lockerman Street, Dover, DE.
