Please accept our most sincere and deepest sympathy for your loss. Randall and Howard played ball together in high school, graduated from the same high school, then by happen chance became next door neighbors at a latter age. Their friendship flourished as the "grumpy old men" of the neighborhood.

Godspeed Randall. We love you and we will protect your family as best we can.

May God keep him in his loving arms and comfort his family.

Filled with compassion and with the integrity that was apparent in him, made Randy one of the best police officers at the DSP. Working with Randy was truly a pleasure.
No wonder his family and all that knew him admired & respected such a wonderful person.
