Kay Frances Galloway Stout, of Harrington, went home to be with the Lord, Friday August 19, 2016. She was 69.
Kay was born March 18, 1947 in New Brunswick, N.J., to the late Robert & Katrina Allen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Edward Stephen Stout, her son, James Timothy Galloway; and her grandson, August N. Yunker.
Kay worked for DAST, Dunkin Donuts & Jen-Mor Florist, before owning her own store in Petersburg, until she retired. Kay was an active 4-H volunteer & leader for over 20 years.
Kay is survived by her sons : Jay & Yumiko Galloway; Michael & Sandra Nagel-Galloway; Jon & Vilma Galloway and J.Matthew & Shana Galloway. A sister, Jannette & Doug Wille, of Bridgewater, N.J.; her half-sister, Jackie & Bobby Lauer, of Pennsylvania; 20 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; sister & brother-in-law, Lorraine & Ron Choma, of Fairhaven, N.J.; a niece, JoAnn & John Fiedler; and nephews, Raymond Choma, Ronald Choma, Jr. and Frank Smaltino.
Viewing will take place from 6 to 8 pm, Sunday, August 28, 2016, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE; where funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, August 29, 2016. Burial will follow in Hopkins Cemetery, Felton.
