Javan Frank Cale was born on February 26, 1985 to Irvan and Florandia Adams in Dover, Delaware. He departed this life on January 10, 2017 at Kent General Hospital.
Javan was raised in Dover and received his education in the Capital School District. He worked for many years in the restaurant profession and also was a general laborer. In his spare time, Javan enjoyed riding motorcycles, dirt bikes and spending time with his family. He was also an avid sports fan. He was a dedicated father and was devoted to his parents and siblings.
Javan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Irvan Deputy and Verie Robinson; maternal grandfathers, Wilmer Gibson, Sr. and Clifton Sudler, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Irvan and Florandia Adams; his significant other Cashana Lewis; his daughter De’Neaja Ann Cale and his son Tyvon Tolson all of Dover, DE; siblings Tina (Donald) Ashley of Hartly, DE, Dorray Cale of Magnolia, DE, Takiyah (Bryan) Rowley of Frederica, DE, Irvan Adams, Jr. of Maryland, Brock Davis of Wilmington, DE and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be 11:00A.M. Friday, January 20, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church, 163 Victory Chapel Road (Route 8), Dover, DE 19901 where there will be a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M.
