My deepest sympathy to the family on the passing of Fred. I worked with him for many years at the Division of Public Health in the Cooper Building. He was always so helpful and a joy to be around. I recently saw him at the Eden Hill facility and we had a short talk about the good old days. RIP Fred..

My heart was saddened when I read of Fred's passing. I worked at Division of Public Health when Fred worked there. He was a bright spot in my day! He always was sweet, kind and willing to help whenever I needed him. He always made me laugh. He was truly a joy to be around!! I went to school with Jeff - and Jeff - you remind me so much of your Dad!! The minute I met your Dad for the first time and heard his name - I asked him if he had a son named Jeff (not only because of the last name but because of the familiarity) and when he said yes - I knew without a doubt where you got your personality!! I know his passing has deeply saddened many, but I know that he has left so many amazing precious memories with everyone that was blessed to have known him. I pray to all who mourn Fred's passing, God's comfort and may He wrap you all in His loving arms! Love, hugs and prayers for all!!

To the family, was sorry to read of Mr Freds passing. Have known him since I was a kid. My family use to go to the store that he and brother Jim had , at Bishops Corner. Hadn't seen him for years. One day was shopping , he had brought his wife to the store, when I spoke he still remembered me.
You all are in my prayers
