Dorothy Elizabeth Williams, of Dover. passed away  Wednesday, January 27, 2016, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 89.

       Dot was born September 19, 1926, in Dover to the late, Theodore & Marie Frase.

In her younger years, she worked for Diamond State Telephone for 20 years, before becoming a teachers aide at the John H. Charlton School, for 19 years, retiring in 1989. Dot was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, in Dover, and sang on the church choir. She had also served on the Magnolia City Council.    In her free time, Dot enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and cooking, especially making her chicken & dumplings for the church.

     In addition to her parents,  she is preceded in death by her sister, Louise M. Frase, and her brothers, William & Theodore G. Frase, II.; and her sister, Virginia Jones, who passed away Jan.29,2016.

    Dot is survived by her 4 children, Robert Lee Williams, Jr, of Clayton, N.C.; Mary Alice Mott & her husband, Frank, of Milford; Robin Lynn Glover, with whom she resided, and Richard James Williams, of Dover;  her brothers, Joseph T. Frase & wife, Ginny, of  Rancho Santa Fe, CA. & Richard J. Frase, & wife, Pam, of Schoharie, N.Y; and her sisters, Margaret A. Wright & husband, Billy, of Bedford, VA.; Rosemary L. Frase,  of Dover. 3 grandchildren, Ellen Zaccardelli & husband, Brock; Elizabeth Parsons & husband, Ray; and Steven R. Glover, II; and 5 great-grandchildren, Brianna, Isabella, Brock, Jr. & Savannah Zaccardelli and Jaxson Parsons.

    Viewing will take place on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, from 6 to 8 pm, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where funeral services are scheduled for 1 pm, on Thursday, February 4, 2016. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.
