Foss, Andrew L. Age 81 of Dover was born in Camden, New Jersey; the son of the late Andrew & Elsie Foss. He retired after a distinguished career in the Air Force and later retired from the Delaware State News where he served as circulation manager.
Andy was and avid baseball card and coin collector. He loved the Beatles and Marilyn Monroe.
Mr. Foss is the beloved husband of Paulette Marker-Foss. He is survived by his daughter Donna Marie Leach; son Andrew Foss; sister Lillian VanDover & brother Norman Albinson. He will be dearly missed by his stepchildren and grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016, 4 pm at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE. Friends may gather Saturday 1 hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Season’s Hospice of Wounded Warriors.
