Yvonne "Bonnie" Daniels Obituary
Yvonne Jessie Daniels was born on July 11, 1945 to the late William Nutter Daniels and Betty Ruth Williams in Camden, N.J. Bonnie passed away peacefully on May 17, 2022.
Yvonne was affectionately known as Bonnie. Bonnie enjoyed her childhood growing up on Baring Street in Camden, N.J. and later relocating to Clayton, DE with the love of her life John.
Bonnie was educated in the Public School System of Camden, N.J. (Hack Junior High). She began her employment history working at RCA for 35 years until retiring in December of 2006. Bonnie used her skills as a jewelry maker and florist to create her own business, Bonnie’s Deco Design, for 10 years.
Bonnie loved cooking, baking, making crafts, decorating, watching old western movies, listening to jazz and R&B soul music, talking on the phone with friends and hosting parties of all occasions.
Bonnie was a doting pet mom to Bronze, Hank and her biggest baby Mischief.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Raymond Potts and Michael Fains, and her companion John Oglesby.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her sister Gwendolyn McKnight; a devoted niece Dawn McGhee, her devoted caregivers Tasha Wynn (great niece) and Robin Banks (cousin); God children Brittney Hall and Bianca McBryde; stepsons Johnath Quann, Sr. and Brian Oglesby; step grandson Johnath Quann, Jr.; a host of nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and other relatives too numerous to list. Also to include her Baring Street friends.

A funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Saturday. Burial will be private. Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
