Wyatt Thomas Cahall passed away on July 10, 2025 in Oklahoma after a long battle with cancer.
Wyatt was a fighter from the beginning. His doctors were so surprised how well he was doing after just a few weeks of radiation.
Wyatt was born in Dover, DE, but recently he lived at Fort Sill, OK due to his father serving in the U.S. Army. Wyatt was diagnosed with very aggressive brain tumor of the spine. He fought so hard, even the hospice nurses who took care of him were surprised how well he was doing. They didn't think he would make it to July but boy did he prove them wrong. The nurses, social worker and chaplain from Elara hospice were amazing! He made such an impact on so many people with his smile and his goofy personality. His teachers at school had wonderful things to say about him and also he made friends wherever he went. He loved being able to go to different places around the world, especially his trip for his make a wish trip to Hershey Chocolate World. He loved chocolate and his iced coffee.
His favorite stores to go too were Hobby Lobby and Target.
Wyatt is survived by his parents, Samuel & Crystal Cahall; one brother, Adam Cahall; grandparents Phineas & Joyce Yoder and Ray & Lisa Cahall; Great Grandmother, Ruth Cahall and Dorothy (Dot) Carlisle, 6 aunts, 6 uncles, 10 cousins and multiple great aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Roger Cahall, Wolford & Delores Haas, Ernie Carlisle Sr., Lawrence and Anna Schrock and Andrew & Barbara Ann Yoder, as well as five great uncles and two cousins.
He will surely be missed by so many!
Services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Maranatha Fellowship Church, 60 Deer Track Lane, Dover, Delaware at 11:30 am, where visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover, Delaware.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions can be directly donated to the OK Kids Korral, a foundation for families with kids with cancer started by Toby Keith in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. (www.tobykeithfoundation.org)
