William (Bill) F. Moser

William (Bill) F. Moser of Frederica, Delaware, passed away peacefully at home on April 20, 2026 at the age of 73. He was born on February 2, 1953 to William & Anna Moser in Brooklyn, New York.

After graduating from Lynbrook High School, Bill joined the Navy and subsequently began a career in construction, installing glass in high-rises in NYC. After an injury, he pivoted into a career in information technology, ranging from owning his own computer repair company to ultimately working for the State of Delaware.

He married Ellen Moser (Kratenstein) in 1995, and together they shared 30 wonderful years. Bill enjoyed fishing, camping, and vacationing with his family, watching Westerns and crime procedural shows, riding his motorcycle, and bird watching, and was known for his sense of humor, willingness to help anyone who needed it, and his distinct laugh. 

He is survived by his wife, Ellen, his children, William (Billy) Moser (Marissa Moser), Hope Moser (Zach Comegys), and Sam Moser (Leonard Pleasanton), his grandson (Tyler Pierce), and his siblings, Thomas Moser (Christie Moser) and Diane Moser (Joseph Posillico).

 There will be a small gathering held for the family, followed by a celebration of life open to the public, to be announced sometime in May.
