William D. Hylton, Jr.

William “Bill” Dennis Hylton, Jr. of Felton, Delaware passed away with his Wife and Daughters by his side on May 16, 2025.

Bill started work at ACME Markets as a bag boy and made his way up to manager. He retired from ACME after 27 years.  He then bought Hylton’s Market in Camden-Wyoming.  He then went on to be an inventory manager at Burris Logistics before retiring after 24 years.

Bill is survived by his wife of 46 and a half years, Valli Hylton; 2 daughters, Korrie Jacome and Amber Hylton; and 7 grandchildren, Mackenzie Hylton, Cameron Jacome, Avery Jacome, Crystal Jacome, Damien Hylton, Adrian Hylton, and Rya Wright. Bill is also survived by 2 Brothers and 2 Sisters, James Willams, Fredrick Williams, Kathy Kramer, Roberta Norell.

A memorial service for Bill will take place on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Pippin Funeral Home at 3:00pm. Guests can gather to greet family and others at 2:00pm.
