Virginia "Ginny" Finn

Virginia E. Finn, 79, of Camden, Delaware passed away in her home surrounded by her loving family on January 25, 2026.  Ginny was born on February 8, 1946, in New Vernon, New Jersey to the late Herbert and Louise Schafer.  In addition to her parents, Ginny is preceded in death by her husband, James Finn; one sister, Elizabeth Noetzli; as well as two brothers Allen Schafer and Tom Schafer.

Ginny and her husband relocated to Delaware in 2002.  In her free time, Ginny enjoyed gardening, reading, car rides and was an avid NASCAR fan. 

Ginny is survived by two daughters, Christina M. Finn-Henicheck and her husband James, of Camden, Delaware and Deborah L. Hall and her husband John, of Long Valley, New Jersey; her son, James H. Finn of Camden, Delaware; and her two granddaughters, Sara and Allison Hall.

A memorial service for Ginny will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Pippin Funeral Home at 12:00pm.  The family will receive friends one hour prior at 11:00am.  The burial will follow the memorial service at Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.
