Virginia Sue Arms, age 78 of Felton, DE passed away July 17, 2022 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE. Virginia was born on August 22, 1943 in North Carolina, the daughter of J.C. & Edith Quinn.

She loved fishing, spending time with family and having a good time.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Arms; best friend of over 20 years, Charles Spence; and siblings, Gene, Rusty, Judy & Dorothy.

Virginia is survived by her children, Deborah Demers (Edward) & Teddy Dombal (Lisa), her brothers, Eddie, Robert & Jimmy, her special sister-in-law, Jodie, 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
