Vincent Sheffield Harrison

     Vincent Harrison, born on December 23, 1960 passed away peacefully at home on June 17, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Earnest Sheffield Kemp of Lovettsville, Virginia, and Della Elizabeth Harrison of Frederica, Delaware.

     Vincent received his education from the Lake Forest School District and dedicated many years to his career as a truck driver, primarily for Perdue Farms. He had a deep appreciation for gardening and farming, which reflected his love for rural life and nature.

     As a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Vincent enjoyed watching their games and always looked forward to those moments. He cherished the time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandson Elridge Brundge Jr., his brother Steve Harrison, and his sisters Caroljean Barrett and Darlene Jones.

     Vincent is survived by his sons: Elridge Brunge Sr. of Felton, Delaware; Vincent Jermaine Bowers, Antione Murray (Melissa) of Harrington, Delaware; Terrill Riddick of Milford, Delaware; and Devin Harrison of Georgia. He is also survived by his daughters, Kera George and Zhane George, both from Georgia. Additionally, he is survived by his siblings: Charles, Diane, Donna, Darrisa, Linda, and Tara. Vincent also leaves behind a special childhood friend, Clifton Winder (Ricky), along with 13 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

     Vincent will be remembered for his commitment to family, his passion for life, and the lasting impact he made on those around him.

     A funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Saturday.  Burial will be private.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
