HARTLY– Thomas William Webb, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2021 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 76 years old.
Thomas was born on July 5, 1944 in Dover, Delaware, son of the late William R. and Evelyn Neidig Webb.
He was a gifted auto mechanic, also built houses and was a cabinet maker. He was known as Jack of All Trades and never met a stranger that he couldn’t have a conversation with.
Thomas was a member of Maranatha Fellowship Church of Dover and the Farm Bureau and part of Habitat for Humanity.
He enjoyed spending time with family, telling stories, woodworking, fishing, crabbing and was happy when he was on his tractor.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter LeeAnn H. Pritchett.
He is survived by his loving wife Katherine “Kitty” Farrell Webb, children William W. Webb (Ruth Ann) of Hartly, Katherine L. Pepper “Katie” (Gregg) of Camden-Wyoming; Michelle J. Gilbert (Callen) of Hartly, son-in-law Marvin Pritchett of Felton; siblings Carol W. Currence (William) of St. Augustine, Florida; Virginia Hitchens of Harrington; Jean Harman of Dover; Evelyn Bonnie Baughn of Harrington; Terry Puspoki of Henderson, MD; and Mary Thuresson (Arnie) of Harrington; grandchildren Nathaniel Woodhall, Dwight (Shelby) Roland and Kayla, Shawn Warnick and Jillian, Bradley Warnick, Angela Rebecca Warnick, Grace Warnick, Elizabeth Pepper, Travis Webb and Kyliemay, Megan Webb, Rebecca Webb, Patricia Erickson and Tyler, David Pritchett and Samantha Pritchett, Hannah Gilbert, Colton Gilbert and Micayla Gilbert and 13 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 19 at Maranatha Fellowship Mennonite Church, 60 Deer Track Road, Dover.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 20 at the church with a viewing one hour before services. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Dover.
