Thomas Ryston Osteen, of Camden, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021. He was 60.
Tom was born November 14, 1960 in Dover, DE to the late, James & Gloria(Dennis) Osteen. He operated his own construction business for a few years, relocated to Florida for a brief time, and moved back to Delaware, working for Law’s Complete Septic Services, in Marydel for many years. Tom was a workaholic, a self proclaimed master mechanic, and jack of all trades, who enjoyed rebuilding motors, especially his CJ7 Jeep.
Tom is survived by 3 children, Thomas James Osteen, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and his twin daughters, Gloria Jean Elliott & husband, William, of Dover and Crystal Marie Cahall & husband, Jason, of Camden; his twin brother, Darryl Smoot & wife, Terri, of Stafford, Virginia; 3 sisters, Kim Cammisa, of Felton; Alice Shockley & Cathy Knouse, both of Woodside; 2 grandchildren, Adam Christopher Elliott & Jason R. Cahall, Jr.; and his beloved Chihuahua Tyson, who would ride shotgun with him wherever he went.
Funeral Services will be held 6 pm, Monday, May 3, 2021 with a public walk-through viewing 2 hours before, adhering to the current Covid-19 restrictions of Mask Wearing, Social Distancing, and 50 people maximum at a time, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming, DE.
