Thomas A. Mialki was born in Natrona, Pennsylvania on October 18, 1944, and passed away on November 15, 2024. After graduation from Har-Brack High School in 1963, he completed Pittsburgh School of Aeronautics. He was at Dover Air Force Base from April 26, 1970, until April 26, 2000. Thomas was an aircraft mechanic with E.M.S.-Aero Repair Shop at Dover Air Force Base for 30 years.
He enjoyed the Pittsburgh Steelers, NASCAR and watching Newsmax. He was also a devout Catholic.
Thomas is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Swiklinski and sister in law, Doris Swick.
He is survived by his fiancé, Lorraine Neal; daughter, Michelle Roenigk; grandsons Matthew Roenigk (Michaela) and Joseph Roenigk; sister, Patricia Palermo (Dom); brothers, Gene Mialki (Jackie), Richard Mialki (Joyce) and David Swick; four great grandchildren; stepdaughters, Terah Neal and Christina Goins (J.R.); four step-grandchildren; and 8 step great-grandchildren.
There will be a viewing for family and friends from 3-5 pm on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, Delaware. Graveside service will be the following day, November 25, 2024 at 2 pm at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriot Way, Millsboro, Delaware.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions be made to Air Mobility Command Museum, 1301 Heritage Road, Dover AFB, DE 19902.
