Thomas Henry Heath

     Thomas Henry Heath, age 68, passed away on November 8, 2022.

     Thomas Henry Heath was born on June 28, 1954, in Smyrna Delaware to the late Walter Heath Sr. and the late Carrie Henry Heath. 

     Thomas was raised in Smyrna Delaware and attended Thomas D. Clayton School in Smyrna Delaware. Thomas was nicknamed “Tom” by his family.  Tom had a love for horses and worked as a horse trainer for many years for Davis Farms.   Tom’s fondest memories from his childhood is the time spent on the hill in Townsend with all the family. Tom loved to help people in any way he could.

     Thomas Henry Heath departed this life on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Bay Health Dover DE. Tom was preceded in death by his father Walter Heath Sr., his mother Carrie Heath, his brothers Walter Heath Jr. and Lee Heath.

     Thomas leaves to cherish his memory one son Thomas Heath, three sisters: Ethel Gassaway of Dover DE, who was devoted to Tom all his life., Pauline Pierce (Arthur) Clayton DE. and Verma Jackson of Magnolia DE; a loving and devoted friend Janice Love of Dover DE; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

     A funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE  19934 where there will be a viewing from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.
