Shirley Boyd Obituary

Shirley Elizabeth Boyd, a native of Felton, Delaware, was born on July 7, 1947, and peacefully departed this life on July 26, 2025. For over 20 years, Shirley worked in retail at Value City, where she built lifelong friendships. She later joined Delaware State University as a cafeteria cashier, where she did much more thanhandle payments. Shirley found joy in making floral arrangements and treasured time spent shopping and chatting with her close friends Sherry and Sandy. One of her favorite pastimes was sharing meals withher church family after service and taking mini vacations to Virginia.
