     In Loving Memory of Samantha George

     February 20, 1986 - October 31, 2023

     Samantha George, a Correctional Cpl at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, was called by the Lord on October 31, 2023. 

     Born in New Bern, North Carolina, Sam was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ray George. Survived by her children, Mahogany George, Jeremiah George, and Davin Henry; her mother and step father, Mona Lisa and Tony Fuller; her brothers and sister, Donald (Sharda Schoolfield) George, L’Erin (Dianne) George, Mornetta (Darryen) Johnson, and Benjamin George. 

     Sam was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. Everyone who knew her will remember her infectious laugh. She loved to love on people and will be so deeply missed by all who knew her. 

     Our family would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation for the many kind expressions of sympathy, words of comfort and prayers extended during this time. 

     A memorial service will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Correctional Officers Association of Delaware, 1243 College Park Drive, Dover, DE  19904.
