SMSgt Clarence Conklin Hartz

     Senior Master Sergeant [ret] Clarence Conklin Hartz, age 93, passed peacefully in his home on April 16, 2026.

     He served in the United States Air Force for 22 years, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. Stories of his U.S.A.F. service shared with his children will live on – embellished no-doubt because of our joy in telling them.

     Clarence is pre-deceased by his wife of over 60 years, Marjorie. He is survived by his children Jeff and Karen; and his grandchildren Joseph and Emma.

     Loving husband, father, uncle and grandfather, Clarence lives on in the many thoughtful actions of his family members. 

     A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Saturday.  Burial will follow in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
