Roy A Kaiser, Sr.

    Roy Albert Kaiser passed away at the age of 94 on Friday Aug. 11, 2023 in his home surrounded by his loving sons, Roy was born on July 7, 1929 in Jersey City, N.J, son of the late Karl and Ivy Kaiser. 

     He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is a veteran of the Korean War and had an illustrious career with Weyerhaeuser for over 40 years, culminating as their Marketing Manager & Sales and Marketing Consultant for the Japan market. Roy was passionate about automobiles throughout his life. He loved to spend time with family, take long drives, and the challenge of his daily crossword puzzle. 

     Roy is now reunited with the love of his life, Margaret Doris Kaiser, with whom he shared an extraordinary 63-year marriage. He is survived by their 5 sons, Roy Kaiser, Jr. and his wife Melissa, of Las Vegas, NV., Kenneth Kaiser and his wife, Susanna, of Tacoma, WA., Kevin Kaiser and his wife, Jennifer, of Seattle, WA., Daniel Kaiser of Dover, DE., and Russell Kaiser and his wife, Margaret, of Boston, MA.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren: and his puppy Princess III, his cherished companion for the last 8 years.

      A viewing will be held from 9:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 18, 2023 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 P.M. Friday, August 18, 2023 at Church of the Holy Cross, 631 S. State Street, Dover, DE  19901.  Entombment will follow in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
