Rosa Lee Wright was born on September 22, 1940 in South Carolina to Adam and Fowler Cooper.
She was raised in South Carolina but later relocated to Harrignton, DE where she raised her family,
over 150 foster children, and helped with her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
