Robert Wayne Sawyer

     Robert Wayne Sawyer, 55, of Magnolia passed away on March 24, 2024.  

     Mr. Sawyer enjoyed working on automobile engines and was an auto mechanic for Carey Diesel in Leipsic for many years.  

     Mr. Sawyer is survived by his son David A. Sawyer and his fiancé Brittany of Maryland; his daughter Cassidy M. White and her husband Tyrell of Leipsic; his mother Ruth Ann Duncan and her husband Earl of Dover; his sister Debbie Sawyer Graves of Felton; his brother Brad Sawyer and his wife Breanna of Camden; his former wife and current girl friend Karen Hurd, with whom he lived; his step mother Karen Sawyer; his aunt Angela Moore and her husband Cliff of Magnolia; his aunt Doris Porter and her husband Curtis; his aunt Clara Sheridan; his aunt Edna Cook; his uncle Wayne Adkins and his wife Ruth; and various cousins, nieces and nephews.  Mr. Sawyer was preceded in death by his father Walter Sawyer, his grandmother Naomi Mayne and his grandfather Charles R. Sawyer.

     A funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE  19934 where there will be a viewing from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Tuesday.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
