Paul "Bob" Robert McNamire, Jr.

            Paul Robert (Bob) McNamire, Jr. 53 of Camden, Delaware passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023.   Bob worked for the State of Delaware as a supervisor in the sign shop.

            Bob had many gifts.  Creative, artistic, love of being outdoors, and one of the most wonderful things was his ability to make friends that lasted forever, from childhood years, through work relationships, through everyday encounters.  His sense of humor and at the same time deep thinking was a bond that once created was never ending.

            But his love for his family was an even greater gift.  He adored his brothers and was the most devoted, loving father, stepfather, son and cousin.  His grief for his brother, Bryan, who passed away in 2009, never went away because of how very close they were.

            He is survived by his son, Connor McNamire of Camden, Delaware; his stepsons, Brandon and Jonathan Walsh of Lincoln, Delaware; mother and stepfather, Lynn and Mark Frankton of Ridgely, Maryland; father and stepmother, Paul and Judy McNamire of Dover; paternal grandmother, Irene McNamire; his brother who he is so very close to, Steven Frankton and wife, April of Ridgely, Maryland and his nephew, Nate Frankton and niece, Elena Frankton.

            His life will be celebrated with a memorial service on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.  at Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming, Delaware, where friends may visit up to two hours before.

            In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Delaware State Parks.
