Paul Edward Reichelt

     Paul Edward Reichelt, of Hartly, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 in Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 74.

     Paul was born April 5, 1948 in Dover, DE to the late, Edward & Hattie(Wisk) Reichelt. He served proudly in the United States Army Reserves from 1967-1973, and worked as a heavy equipment operator for the City of Dover for 15 years. Paul was a member of the National Rifle Association, and enjoyed hunting and shooting guns.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Herbert Reichelt.

    Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Karen(Porter) Reichelt; 2 sons, Geoff Harlan Reichelt & wife, Betsy, of Raleigh, North Carolina and Erik Dustin Reichelt & wife, Christina, of Hedgesville, West Virginia; his daughter, Lisa Marie Stevens & husband, Marc, of Dover; and 6 grandchildren, Logan, Gavin, Cyanna, Marc, Dillon, and Breyden.

    Funeral Services will be held 3pm, Friday, August 5, 2022 in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may gather 1 hour before. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Sandtown. Condolences may be sent via: www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
