Olive Austin

      Olive “Ollie” F. Austin, age 89 of Dover, DE, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 10, 2021.

      Ollie loved her Church and her Family!!  She was a member of Willow Grove Church of God in Camden Wyoming, DE.

      She worked for Playtex for many many years and retired in August of 1994.

      She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Delema Allen, husband, Charles “Charlie” Austin Sr., a brother Paul “Bud” Allen Jr. and a sister Emogene Nickols.

     Ollie is survived by three sons: Donnie Sard of Mardela Springs, Md and wife, Dawn; Paul Edge of Columbia, NC and wife, Cecelia; Miles Edge Jr. of Smyrna, DE and wife Aleata; And 1 step-son Charles Austin Jr. of Clayton, DE; Ollie is survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a sister, Maryann Rodriguez of Roper, NC, and two very DEAR nieces, Paula MaHaffey of Magnolia DE and Melissa Ziegler of Felton, DE.

     Service will be 1:00 pm, Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour earlier.  Burial will follow in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.

     In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Willow Church of God, 90 Honeysuckle Rd., Camden Wyoming, DE 19934.
