Mildred Marie "Dinky" Winkler, 64 of Harrington, Delaware, passed away on April 5, 2026.
Born on February 25, 1962, she was a lifelong resident of Harrington. Dinky graduated from Lake Forest High School in 1980, and then went on to work at Meatland Grocery Store, later at Chicks Saddlery, and also at her mother and sister's restaurant.
She enjoyed reading and spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandson Wyatt.
She is survived by her son Michael Winkler and his wife, Carey; her grandson Wyatt; her sister, Carol Walther (Gary); her longtime best friend, Debbie Field; her beloved dog, Max; and her step siblings, Cheryl Ray, Karen Butler, Linda Butler, and Wayne Butler; and many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
She was proceeded in death by her mother, Catherine Louise Butler; her father, Caroll "Pete" Satterfield; her stepfather, Earl Butler; and her sisters, Karen Sue Barmer and Catherine "Kitty" Dare, and nephews Dustin Dare and Wayne Barmer.
She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Memorial service will be private.
