Michael Hoesch, Sr. Obituary

Michael Andrew Hoesch, age 41, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2025. He was born on October 14, 1983 in Darby, PA to his parents James and Deborah Hoesch.

Michael had two sisters Krissy and Nicole Hoesch that he loved very much. When they were young he loved playing with them, even though he tormented them sometimes. Krissy was his best friend and they were inseparable his entire life.

Growing up Michael had a passion for playing football. As he got older he grew a passion for working on cars. Michael loved to help people fix things. He spent most of his time working as a forklift driver. He was a very hard working person who liked to help people even if it was just talking to them on the phone. He liked to cook, listen to music and enjoyed spending time outside especially in the summer. He loved sports and was an avid eagles fan. Michaels love for his family was his greatest gift.

Michael was a father to three amazing children Veronica Hoesch, Michael Hoesch (Jr), and August Hoesch. He was most proud of his kids and loved them very much even though sometimes he couldn’t be around. He was the most vibrant person, the brightest light in the room. His smile was contagious and as bright as the sun. He could make everyone laugh even in hard times. He loved and cared about his family and friends. He had a heart of gold and will be deeply missed.

He will be joining his mom, Deborah Hoesch, his brother in law Frank Washington, his Popop James Hoesch Sr., and his Mom mom, Patricia Hoesch.

He will be greatly missed by his family.

James Hoesch, father. His children Veronica Hoesch, Michael Hoesch, and August Hoesch. Melissa Swire, Girlfriend. Sisters Krissy and Nicole Hoesch. Ronda Leuschner, sister in law. Kim and Jay Lewis, Aunt and Uncle. Tara, Ashlee and Heather Flynn, cousin. Mike Flynn, Uncle, his nieces Jaelynn and Mia Washington, his nephew Colby Hoesch.

Remember Me

Don’t remember me with sadness

Don’t remember me with tears

Remember all the good times

Shared throughout the years.

Now I am contented

That my life is worthwhile

Because I know by loving you

That I made you smile

When you are walking down the street

And you’ve got me on your mind

I’m walking in your footsteps

Only half a step behind

So please don’t be unhappy

Just because i’m out of sight

Remember that I am with you

Every morning, noon, and night.
