Mary Ann Harmon

Mary Ann Harmon was born October 19, 1950.   She departed this life on April 23, 2022.   She received her education at Mary N. Smith High School in Accomac, Va. Maryann was a home health aide and nanny for many years.  She was very outspoken and straight to the point. She was very caring, kind, and loving and to know her was to love her. She had a big heart to go with her big, beautiful smile. She loved the Lord and she loved going to church so she could sing and praise God.   One of her favorite scriptures was Psalm 28:7. Her hobby was shopping for clothes, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and hats. When she shopped, she made sure of one thing, that one or two of the items she bought were her favorite color purple. Maryann was preceded in death by her parents Clarence Harmon and Rose Elizabeth Giddens, and her sister Pauline Harmon.  Maryann is survived by her 4 children: Fredrick (Joyce) Harmon, Munsel Harmon, Anthony Miller and Shameka Baynard, 3 sisters: Nellie Sample, Sandra (Sherwood) Kellum and Michelle Hawkins, 2 brothers: Randolph Harmon and Jerry Harmon, 15 grandkids, 21 great grandkids and 1 great great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews and 2 God kids.
