Lorraine Lillian Walling

          Lorraine Lillian Walling, age 83, passed away peacefully at home on August 31, 2020 with her family by her side.

         Lorraine was born to the late Bernard and Lillian Whalen on November 28, 1936. She married the late Daniel Leo Walling in 1955 and lived together in Port Monmouth, NJ for over 30 years.  They later moved to South Jersey before settling in Florida and then to Magnolia, DE prior to each of their passing.

     Lorraine was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Lorraine is survived by her sister Barbara: four children: Danny, Donna, Debbie and Dawn.  She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  Lorraine was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Danny, in 2015.

     A private Burial at Sea ceremony will be held on October 3, 2020 in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.  The family requests in lieu of flowers,  memorial contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
