Kenneth "Kenny" Trader departed this earth peacefully on October 29, 2023 following an unrelenting battle with Parkinson's Disease. Kenny was born to Albert & Lola on December 30, 1947 in Chester, PA and moved to Delaware with his family when he was young.
Kenny took pride in being the owner of Ken's Painting and was a 30-year employee of Chrysler in Newark, DE. Kenny and Polly got married on October 19, 1968 and were madly in love until her passing in January 2019.
Kenny is survived by his daughter Tina Challis; grandson Alan Challis (Kaitlin); grandson Nicholas Challis; and niece Ashley Figgs. He is also survived by his brothers, Albert, Gary and Dennis Trader. He leaves behind three great grandchildren whom he adored; Jaydon, Brynlee, and Tate and great nieces and nephew Savannah, Diana, and Christopher who held a special place in his heart. In addition to his wife and parents, Kenny is preceded in death by siblings, David Trader, Douglas Trader, Louise Ann Melvin, and Betty Trader. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Angel Dukes and AccentCare Hospice, who took such great care of Kenny in his time of need.
