Katasha Vivian Hall, age 40 of Dover, De went home to be with Jesus. She peacefully passed away on March 3rd, 2025 at Delaware Hospice after a difficult fight with cancer.
She was born on January 3rd, 1985 in Stratford, NJ to Portia Hall and Kenneth Washington but was raised by her late grandmother, Vivian Hall.
For those of you who may have not known, Katasha was diagnosis with stage 4 metastatic cancer early November. Throughout this trying journey, Katasha always kept high spirits, selfless ways, and her faith in her Lord and Savior.
Katasha was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Washington; grandmother, Vivian Hall; and her brother, Kenneth Washington Hall.
She was cherished by her mother, Portia Hall; her six children, Tavion, Tazyonna( China), Takyi, Kyireem, Kaidence, and Kyilaya (Coco); her siblings, Kyiem, Kierra (David) and Keane (Stephanie); her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews. But the apple of her eye was her great nephew, Davion Davis Jr. To her, he was known as “DJ”. There is no doubt she loved us all dearly and we loved her.
We will always remember Katasha as the well loved, kindhearted, God fearing and amazing women that she was. The family would like to thank you for your loving care, support and expression of sympathy.
Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, where a viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Barratt’s Chapel Cemetery, Frederica, Delaware.
