Julie A. (Lapinski) Baugher, 56, passed away from natural causes at her home in Woodside, Delaware on March 19, 2026. She was born on June 2, 1969 at Eglin AFB in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and was the daughter of Thomas and Brenda Lapinski.
Julie attended Caesar Rodney High School in Camden and worked at various positions in the Dover-area retail industry. She also had a great love for animals.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother, and a sister, Tracey Lapinski. She is survived by her father; her two sons, Cody Goldsborough (Laura) and Andrew Field, both of Dover; two sisters, Michele Lapinski and Patricia Piascik (Mark), also of Dover, two nephews, Samuel Piascik of Felton, and Patrick Lapinski (Riley and Grayson) of Magnolia, and an extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services and internment will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Pippin Funeral Home in Wyoming, Delaware
