Juliann E. Friend

Juliann E. Friend, 81, passed away on May 11,2023.  Juliann was born in Mount Vernon, Indiana to the late Sylvester and Aline Frances Muller.  She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Blair; and her five siblings, Clarence Muller, Leo Muller, Albert Muller, Rosemarie Wagner and Dorothy Coker.  Juliann was proud to serve in the United States Army as a nurse.  She was a dedicated mother and always put her family first. She was also proud to be a Christian and she was always talking to Jesus, even in her final days.  Juliann is survived by her seven children, Frances Ann Lampi (Marvin) of Waverly, Ohio, Deborah Blair of Portsmouth, Ohio, James Friend (Deborah) of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Rebecca Greene (Kevin) of Harrington, Delaware, Andrew Friend (Robin) of Newport News, Virginia, Jennifer Friend of Vienna, Virginia, and Charles Tague (Dallas) of Nine Mile Falls, Washington; 21 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and three sisters Agnes, Frances and Barbara.  A celebration of life will be held for the family at a later date in Ohio and Delaware.Online condolences can be made at www.pippinfuneralhome.com
