Judith Ellen Little (McGinness), 72, of Dover, Delaware, died October 6, 2020, with family by her side.
Judi was born December 14, 1947, in Wilmington, Delaware, the beloved youngest daughter of Ralph Edward McGinness, Sr. and Fannie Elizabeth Hitch.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph E. McGinness, Jr., her sisters Frances Elizabeth Schelling and Edna Irene Aicher, and the love of her life, her husband James William Little.
She is survived by her large and loving family, her children Kathleen and Stephen Jefferis of Wilmington, James and Amy Cortese of Dover, Christina Cunningham of Dover, Thomas Shrom of Dover, and Victoria Shrom of Georgetown, her 21 Grandchildren and 26 Great-Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Judi embraced adventure throughout her life and enjoyed spending time with her family on the beach, dancing, and was an avid crafter. She was known for growing and nurturing living things including crops on the farm, dogs and cats, horses, cows, geese, chickens, llamas, monkeys, and sugar gliders, to name only a few. She was also stubborn to a fault and was an expert in the creative use of curse words.
