Judith Ann (Lance) Dugan

Judith Ann Dugan, 72, passed away on August 4, 2025.  Judith was born in Bethesda, Maryland to John and Ruth Lance.  She is preceded in death by her father, John Lance, and her grandparents, Archie and Elsa Mitchell.

Judith enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching old movies and spending time with her loved ones.

Judith is survived by her husband of 53 years, Richard H. Dugan, Jr.; her mother, Ruth Lance; her children, Julie Northrup (Marcus), Richard H. Dugan III (Jessica) and Mary “Beth” Porchenick (Richard); grandchildren, Erica, Derek, Jamie and Erin; great grandchild, Elaina; brother, Randy; as well as extended family members and friends.

A memorial service for Judtih will take place on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 4:00pm at Pippin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
