Joseph Giuffre

Joseph Thomas Giuffre, JR, 68, Passed away on May 7, 2025, in Dover, Delaware. Born on February 27, 1957, in Schenectady, New York, he lived a life centered around family and the passions that brought him joy.

Joseph shared his life with his beloved wife, Shirley Giuffre. Together they built a home filled with love and lasting memories. He was a devoted father to three children: Melvin Giuffre and his wife Laura parents to Kayla and Logan; Angela Kelsall husband Ryan, parents to Bryan, Landen, Declan, Peyton, Dylan and Tyler; Joseph Giuffre III and his wife Meaghen, parents to Tenley and Aubree. His grandchildren were a source of great pride and happiness in his life.

He is also remembered by his sister Theresa Everhart and her husband Norman. Joseph was predeceased by his parents Joseph Giuffre Sr and Elizabeth Giuffre, as well as his brother Michael Giuffre.

Joseph had a deep love for football and was a dedicated fan of the LA Rams. He also enjoyed fishing and had a strong appreciation for Mopar’s- interest that brought him joy throughout the years were often shared with those closest to him.
