Jeremiah David Ford

     Jeremiah David Ford was born on Thursday, June 1, 2000 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  In the early hours of Thursday, March 13, 2025 he transitioned after a long illness. 

     In May 2004, Jeremiah and his mother moved to Dover Delaware.  Jeremiah was educated in the Capitol and Caesar Rodney School Districts, attending Booker T Washington and William Henry Elementary Schools.  In 2012, after moving to Magnolia, DE Jeremiah attended Postlethwait Middle School and Caesar Rodney High School, graduating in June 2018.  He was a student at Delaware Technical & Community College pursuing his Associates Degree in Accounting.

     Jeremiah was a reliable and hard-working young man who was always kind and helpful to others.  He was known as a gentle giant who loved pizza, video games, and spending time with his mother and grandmother.  

     He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Hollie; his grandmother Barbara, along with a host of family and friends.

     A Celebration of Life was held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Church, 410 Fulton Street (and N. Queen Street), Dover, DE 19904.  Burial was private.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
