Jane Marie (Duchscher) Roth

     Jane Marie Roth, 77, of Felton, Delaware passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025. She was born on September 27, 1948 in Rugby, North Dakota to the late Joseph and Mary Duchscher. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her brother, Claude Duchscher.

     Jane had a special love for roses and sunflowers and delighted in the sight of hummingbirds and cardinals. She treasured time spent with her family and friends, holding those memories close to her heart. A devout Catholic and faithful follower of Jesus Christ, her deep faith guided her life and was evident in the way she loved and cared for others. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth, kindness, and devotion to her family knew no bounds. No matter the distance, her love was always felt and will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

     Jane is survived by her husband Pat Roth; her siblings Roger Duchscher (Lavern) and Joyce Teigen (Chuck); her three children: Tammy Ordway (Greg), Jodi McGovern (Sean), and Paul Roth (Tiffany); grandchildren: Jenna Tobias (Andy), Zach McGovern, Logan Lee, Hayden Roth, Ethan McGovern, and Brooke Roth; great grandchild Arwyn Tobias.

     She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

     A public visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934. This visitation will be followed by a 1:00 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Holy Cross, 631 S State Street Dover, DE 19901. A public reception from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. will follow at Roma Italian Restaurant, 3 President Drive, Dover, DE 19901.
