In loving memory of Helen Clare Jarrell, 97 years young of Dover, DE passed away April 5th, 2026.
Helen was the daughter of the late Charles A. Tweedy, Sr. and Lula Tweedy. She was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. Helen and her late husband, Eldred K. Jarrell, owned and operated E J Electronics, Inc. and Pulsar Communications for many years before retiring.
She found joy in the simple things in life such as singing, dancing, long car rides and her favorite pink Cowgirl hat.
She is survived by her two daughters, Patricia Puszcz and her husband Michael of Middletown, DE and Laura Jarrell of Wesley Chapel, FL; her loving grandchildren, Michelle Puszcz, Patrick Puszcz and wife Laura, Alicia Puszcz and partner Tom Jackson, Jason Barron, and Erika Barron; and her great-grandchildren Alice Vanvladricken and husband Ryan, Sid Garvey and his girlfriend Makayla Kirby, Daniel, River, and Rowan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eldred K. Jarrell in March 2005; son Kenneth S. Jarrell in August 2003; two brothers Charles A. Tweedy, Jr. and John Tweedy; and two sisters, Mary Baker and Virginia Sue Jarrell.
A private family burial will take place.
