Gloria Elaine Bordley

     Gloria E.  Bordley, was born June 17, 1948, and departed this life peacefully on May 4, 2023.

     Gloria enjoyed making stuffed bears and cooking, with her specialty being her homemade spaghetti.  She loved spending time with family and shopping, but most often she was shopping for curtains.

     Gloria was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy N. Stansbury; three nephews, Kevin Stansbury; William E. Bordley; Bryant Goldsborough, and also a brother-in law Nelson Driggus Sr.  

     Gloria leaves to cherish her memory, sisters Jean Driggus, Lillian J. Bordley (William), Julia Goldsborough, a special niece Sylvia L. Driggus-Lawton, a special nephew, Nelson (Neil) G. Driggus, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

     A funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 12, 2023 at Rebirth House of Victory, 109 West Street, Harrington, DE  19952 where there will be a viewing from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday.  Burial will be private.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
