Gina Yvette Flickinger

     Gina Yvette Flickinger, 56, of Milford, passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2021.

     Gina had been a bus driver for Boulden Bus Company in New Castle most of her life.  Throughout her life, she impacted the lives of those lucky enough to have known her.  She was an extremely loving person with the ability to pull beauty out of the worst of any situation. She never faltered in her love and dedication to her family and ones who knew her as Mama G.  Spending time with her children and grandchildren gave her tremendous joy. She loved the outdoors, gardening and planting flowers. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

     Gina is survived by her three children:  Toni M. Creed and her husband Chris Creed of Wilmington, Michael R. Flickinger and his significant other Courtney Albright of Milford, and Paul Flickinger and his significant other Danielle McGovern of Millsboro; two brothers of Wilmington, DE, Dennis Diorio  and William Diorio; one sister Louann Thompson of Wilmington, DE; and three grandchildren.

     The family will have a service at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Brandywine Springs Park in Wilmington with lunch to follow.  Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
