Gary Lee Sipple

   Gary Lee Sipple, of Newark, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, June 9, 2021, in the Seasons Hospice Unit of Christiana Hospital. He was 62.

   Gary was born February 8, 1959 in Wilmington, DE to the Late, Alberta(Curran) Sheats, and was a hard worker throughout his life holding various talents from welding to working in Bill Moore’s Chicken Houses. He participated in the Annual June Jam Music Festival working as parking lot security for many years; and in his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family and drawing.

   In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, James T. Sipple.

   Gary is survived by 2 daughters, Erica Lynn Sipple, of Newark and Amanda “Mandy” Marie Sipple, of Greensboro, MD.; 2 brothers, Dennis W. Sipple & wife, Holly, of Marydel and Calvin “Jo-Jo” Carter Sipple of Hartly; a sister, Sarah Ruth Cox & husband, Ricky, of Hartly; 3 grandchildren, Tyler Matthew Essick, Katelynn Michelle Essick, and Alexander Manuel Guina; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and his extended June Jam family.

   Funeral Services will be held 3:00pm, Tuesday, June 15, 2021, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may view 2 hours before.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of Delaware,LLC, 220 Continental Drive, Suite 407, Newark, DE 19713 or to Toys for Tots, c/o Dennis Sipple, Hartly.  Condolences may be sent via: www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
